AN ANALYSIS OF THE NEITI 2005 FINANCIAL AUDIT REPORT |

1. Introduction The NEITI audit reports and returns highlight the major cash flows to the FGN from upstream oil and gas companies operations for the 2005 financial year. The reports also cover the financing of cash calls to joint venture operations. The basic mandate of the report is in two-fold:
a) to summarize and analyze the financial flows between the Federation and the Nigerian Oil and Gas industry in the year 2005 and b) to report on the results of work done by the auditors so as to confirm the validity of those flows. |

INTRODUCTIONThe workshop on the analysis of the 2005 NEITI Audit Report was organized by Centre for Public-Private Cooperation (CPPC), with funding support from USAID through a grant from Pact Nigeria. The workshop took place on Tuesday, 24th November, 2009 Reiz Continental Hotel, in Abuja. The workshop attracted about 30 participants from civil society organizations (CSOs), academic, professional bodies, donor communities and the public sector. |

Report of International Workshop on Inclusive Budgeting Models |

EXECUTIVE SUMMARY The workshop on inclusive budgeting model was organized by The National Assembly of the Federal Republic of Nigeria (NASS), in collaboration with the Centre for Public-Private Cooperation (CPPC). The workshop took place between Thursday, 6th to Friday, 7th August, 2009 at Rockview Hotels and Reiz Continental Hotel, both in Abuja. The workshop attracted about 270 participants from all walks of life, including the leadership, members and staff of NASS, particularly the Civil Society Organisations (CSO), Professional bodies, Organised Private Sector (OPS), academia, labour, and media organizations.
